Connection from NPS to NT3:It generates tickets in NT3 for all active alarms in NPS on basis of element and specific problem. It stores response for resolved tickets and shows in NPS application.
Chrome Job:In every 3 minutes, this checks if files exist in system or not after fetching from OSS connection. There are two types of files available in system either txt file or xml file. If file is txt type, it segregates the data and save it to database for Alarms. If the file type is xml, it segregates the data and save it to database for KPI.
