Connection from NPS to NT3:
It generates tickets in NT3 for all active alarms in NPS on basis of element and specific problem. It stores response for resolved tickets and shows in NPS application.Chrome Job:
In every 3 minutes, this checks if files exist in system or not after fetching from OSS connection. There are two types of files available in system either txt file or xml file. If file is txt type, it segregates the data and save it to database for Alarms. If the file type is xml, it segregates the data and save it to database for KPI.Dashboard

Alarm Activity Overview
- Our user friendly dashboard give you easy overview of your Network Alarms and KPI’s in real time. You can view data like network consumption, Alarms Activity along with various filters and sorting options.
User Management
- You can easily manage and users of NPS system in this module. Also with the help of add button user can add new users.
KPI Management
- The Live KPI screen is key performance index for the cell tower data received in xml format. When cell xml file is generated from FTP tool for vendors like Erricon, Huwaie and ZTE then these files are fetched in our application and data get parsed and displayed in NPS.
Alarm Management
- The Live Alarms screen show the alarms for data from xml file received and parsed by the application. On the basis of specific problem, problem cause and cease time alarms are shown.
Role Management
- It shows the role management for the application. Also with the help of add button user can add the new roles. Below is screen shot for the adding new role functionality
Report
- Get in depth reports of various KPI’s, Alarms and Network Traffic, Data Usage and Roaming with various filters options like date and time selections. You can also download it in excel file.
